Imagine coming to work and not only liking what you do, but genuinely enjoying it and even being excited? Work engagement can be understood as a quite stable state of motivation and positive feeling where the work practically sweeps the employee off their feet. Work engagement consists of three sections: vigor, dedication and absorption. Vigor is a state of energetic excitement, a desire to go to work and put effort into it. Dedication is connected to feelings of meaning and pride of one’s work. Absorption means deep dedication and joy while working.     Benefits for you (and your boss, too)!
