This is the very first piece of our new monthly Mighty News. Mighty News is a short informational letter about the past month for our customers. In every letter we will wrap up all the tips and ideas for practicing character strengths and using Mightifier and also, sharing some new ones, too!

  1. The Strength Poster

Prepare a poster of the strengths of your class. Everyone counts how many feedback messages they have received on each strength and after that, you count everyone’s strengths together.  In the poster you can put the top three or five strengths of your class OR you can put all the strengths in order.

  1. Positive feedback together with the school report card

When you are evaluating your students and preparing report cards, write a personal strength feedback for each of your students. You can take an advantage of students’ Mightifier feedback or you can come up with your own. Everyone deserves to be delighted with some positive appreciation!
